The room felt cramped, like a closet rather than a suite. Walls needed cleaning, the bathroom door only closed from the inside with no toilet seat, resulting in an unpleasant odor. The shower lacked proper barriers, causing water to splash everywhere. No elevators made lugging luggage to the third floor a hassle. Overall, the room’s size and condition fell short of expectations for the price paid.

Great location but needs maintenance

The hotel is super close to downtown, making it easy to access the mercado 20 de noviembre for some amazing Oaxacan food. While the room was spacious and clean, the low water pressure in the bathroom was frustrating. A few renovations and better maintenance could make this place much better. Overall, it's fine for a quick stay!

Loved the clean, spacious family room. Easy access to downtown, especially the lively mercado 20 de noviembre, where we enjoyed some tasty Oaxacan treats. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable, and I appreciated the decent wifi for keeping the kids entertained.
